The plans
| Plan | Price per month | Conversations | WhatsApp numbers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | LKR 16,000 | 500 | 1 |
| Growth | LKR 36,000 | 1,200 | 1 |
| Business | LKR 95,000 and up | Custom | 3 |
One conversation means one customer chatting on one day. If someone sends forty messages while choosing a shirt, that is one conversation, not forty.
This matters because most tools bill in opaque "credits" or per message, which makes the bill impossible to predict. Counting whole customer-days is honest: 500 conversations means up to 500 different customers that month.
What happens when you reach the limit
- 1At 80% you get a warning, both in the dashboard and on WhatsApp.
- 2At 100%, conversations already running are allowed to finish — the agent never goes silent mid-sale.
- 3New conversations pause until you buy a top-up pack, which applies instantly.
- 4A small grace buffer sits above the cap so nobody is cut off over a handful of chats.
Compared with hiring someone
A part-time person answering WhatsApp costs considerably more than LKR 16,000 a month in Sri Lanka, works fixed hours, and will not answer the 11pm enquiry. The honest comparison is not AI instead of staff — it is that messages arriving outside working hours currently go unanswered altogether.
Billing is in Sri Lankan rupees through local checkout, with a 14-day free trial and no card required to start.
